This genuine matching numbers 750cc Rocket 3 was imported to the UK in 1983, an MoT from that time states the milage then at 10,797. Further MoT’s dated until 2002 state the mileage was 21,434. We gather at that time the bike was laid up due to the previous owners ill health. Since then the bike has been in storage but has remained in very good condition. Prior to coming to the market the speedo has been changed and a new set of pattern ‘ray gun’ silencers fitted. Recently serviced and recommissioned with a new MoT this fine example is in good working order with no known faults. It runs and rides very well, the engine is strong with no smoke, the cosmetic condition is also good, the body work is in good order except for one small chip on the top of the tank, it is fitted with alloy rims. The bike was obviously restored at some time only no record survives, it is none the less a very well presented example of an increasingly valuable and very collectable BSA that is ready to be ridden again.
