First registered in the UK on 22nd August 1980 this 900SS has had just three owners in total. The second owner purchased the bike in 1982 at that time it had covered 3,000 miles. During his 21 year ownership the engine was rebuilt at 22,000 miles in 1988 and bike repainted the alloy Imola type fuel tank and wire wheels fitted and the silencers replaced.
The last owner purchased the bike in 2003 at approx 29,000 miles and continued to keep it in good order, the bike was rewired and the ignition system replaced. Now showing 29,987 it remains in generally good cosmetic condition and good running order, it is supplied with a good history file that has 12 old MoT’s that go back to 1986, a workshop manual and the original twin seat unit. A fine and well used example that has a good service history and a nice patina.
