Registered in 1955 ( ’56 model year ) this Series One Land Rover was subject to a comprehensive restoration that began in 2013. This work, plus previous service and maintenance work is detailed in a large history file full of bills and invoices. Remaining in generally very good order it has been part of a private collection and only used a little since the work was completed, an MoT from 2014 shows that it had only covered some 300 miles since, however it has been serviced and regularly maintained. In very good running order these series one examples are becoming a highly collectable part of British motoring heritage.
