This matching number 850cc Commando was imported from the USA in 2004 and re registered here in the UK. At that time the bike is reported to have been restored by a classic bike specialist but no recored of the work remains. It does however remain in very good order throughout. The clock was re set to ‘0’ at this time and the bike has since covered just 527 miles as shown by the old MoT’s that go back to that time.
Having been laid up since 2014 the bike has recently been recommissioned for the road, had a service with a new battery and will be supplied with a new MoT. It has been fitted with an upgraded timing cover for Pre Mk3 Commandos that has the anti drain valve fitted, it does retain its original fibreglass fuel tank. Generally a very presentable bike in good running order that is supplied with a dating cert, UK V5C and two sets of keys. SOLD.
