Norton records show that this bike was used by the factory experimental dept. for tests and evaluation before being dispatched to Gus Kuhn Motorcycles in London. Registered 23rd August 1973 it remains a matching number example and has recently had a service and an anti sumping valve fitted.
In generally good condition the bike is still fitted with the original polyester / plastic fuel tank which has been sealed, the paint on the tank is showing imperfections but the finish is acceptable. Mechanically it runs and rides well and is showing 9,971 miles. A fine use and improve example.
