Registered 24th July 1972 this 750cc Interstate is currently showing 69,093 miles. We have many old MoT’s for the bike that go back to 1996 when the milage was 68,218. Between 1998 and 2006 the bike covered just 578 miles, and appears to have been more or less unused until 2010 when we gather the bike was restored. Although the logbook states the bike as matching number there is no number visible engine number on the cases, the previous owner purchased the bike in 2013 and again kept in in storage. Fitted with a UK specification steel fuel tank it has recently received a full service, replacement of the main crankshaft oil seal and overhaul of the front brake master cylinder and front and rear brakes, and thorougher inspection in our own work shop. In very good running order the bike remains in generally good cosmetic condition and has a new MoT until Feb. 2017. A well presented example, it is unusual in that it has seen such little use, however having been recently recommissioned is ready to go.
