This fabulous 900 cc Bevel Ducati NCR Replica was built by Made in Italy motorcycles and was constructed in 2013 with a modified 750GT frame a rebuilt Darmah engine ( minus the elec. starter ) to 900SS spec and 900S2 front forks it also has an alloy ‘Imola’ style fuel tank, alloy wheels and many other genuine period Ducati parts.
On completion it was featured in an article in the Classic Bike Guide and has had just two owners since. It remains in excellent all-round condition and is in very fine running order. It is supplied with a history file copy of the magazine article, and a spare long range fuel tank.
It is said that the build took over 200 hours to complete and looking at it you can see why as the attention to detail is great. It would be hard to build a bike today at this cost as the component parts are now very valuable. This is without doubt the best NCR replica I have seen for under 20k for some time. The left foot gear change / right foot brake set up also makes it desirable to modern Ducati owners who might want to get back to the era that made Ducati what it is today – glorious !
