One of the last batch of Ducati 900SS’ to be built this original UK supplied bike with its 40 mm carbs was professionally repainted to the 1976 colour scheme. Registered 24th Sept. 1982 it has only had 3 owners in total and is showing 28901 miles that are believed genuine with 20 old MoT’s, the earliest going back to 1985.
A fine example that still has it’s original Conti exhausts and is now fitted with Akront alloy rims and an alloy ‘Monza’ style fuel tank and also has an upgraded AP front brake master cylinder / lever. Supplied with a good history file showing various parts and service bills this is a well presented bike that has a great patina. In fine running order the engine is strong and does not smoke. One of the most iconic motorcycles to have ever been built and a true blue chip investment.
