One of the last factory built genuine XR750’s this bike has been in my own collection for many years during that time I have maintained it. I used it for a few races in early days, mainly local grass track speedway / flat track events and I took it a motor cross once !

Since then it was used on the road, it is road registered and has a V5C logbook along with a small history file. The engine was rebuilt before I owned it and I probably haven’t done more than 5,000 miles on it. It is in original condition, the only modifications are; the front brake, it has the original Ceriani front forks, an iron head Sportster kick start mechanism has been added to the gearbox and the rear brake has been modified to the left hand side. I have the original front wheel rim.

This is genuine XR that retains its original Harley-Davidson frame. As an ex Harley employee these bike always seemed to me as the ultimate. It is in running condition largely unrestored and a bit scruffy but is still one of the most fierce bikes I have ever owned – and certainly the coolest.
