Records show this S1 4.2 fixed head coupe was manufactured 5th April 1966 as a left hand drive car but registered in Coventry, UK to a Mr Roberts under the personal export scheme. Originally finished in cream with a red leather interior it was supplied by Henley’s London but has spent most of its life in the USA. It was restored in 2012 and returned to the UK 2013 from North Carolina (USA). A fully matching number car it was repainted old English white and had a new red leather interior fitted. It has been converted to right hand drive in our own workshop using a new steering rack and recently received a full service. Mechanically the car is excellent, it drives very well with good oil pressure and plenty of go. A nice solid and useable example it will be supplied with a new MoT, and has a JDHC dating cert.
