Records show this left hand drive S1 4.2 fixed head E Type was manufactured 5th April 1966 and originally registered in Coventry, UK to a Mr Roberts under the personal export scheme. Originally finished in cream with a red leather interior it was supplied by Henley’s London but has spent most of its life in the USA. It was restored in 2012 and returned to the UK 2013 and re registered as HOV 115D. A fully matching number car it is now white with red having had a complete body re spray and new red leather interior fitted. Mechanically the car drives very well with good oil pressure and plenty of go. It has recently had a full check over and comes with an MoT until Nov 2014. A fine example, it is supplied with a few invoices relating to the restoration work and the UK V5C logbook.
