One of the last G series 911’s this fine 3.2 Carrera was registered 17th Feb 1989. Fitted with the much improved G50 five speed gearbox this example has just received a major service and recommissioning including a rebuild of the front and rear brake callipers. Having not had much use in recent years the current mileage is showing as 89,391 old MoT’s show the car has only covered about 500 miles a year since 1999 !
Supplied with the original owners leather wallet and handbooks as wells the service book which shows service stamps up to 84,626 the car remains in very good overall condition. Inspection has revealed the body to be in good order underneath. Finished in Baltic blue with a cream leather interior and a blue soft top which is also in good condition and good working order.
Probably the most enduring classic car that money can buy and certainly the most reliable some 20,000 cabrio 3.2 911’s were built between 1984 and 89 when production ended, their popularity means that it is hard to find an example with under 100,000 miles 20 years on. This is a genuinely nice example supplied with a new new MoT until May 2020.
