According to a French registration documents this A610 Dauphine Gordini was registered in Marseille in 1962 although it is declared manufactured 1960. Early history of the car is not known however we believe it spend time in Italy were it participated in the ‘Rally 4 Regioni’ in 2011 amount other events before coming to the UK in 2013.
It has since been UK registered as 244 YUU and is supplied with a UK V5C logbook, but also has an original copy of the French registration documents. It received some recommissioning in 2013, copies of this work is in the history file but since then has had little use. Recently fitted with a new Solex carburettor it is in good running order, the body work is structurally sound but is in need of some cosmetic attention, it has been confirmed by the UK Alpine club as a genuine Gordini, designated R1091 car. Fitted with a 670-05 type 850cc motor.
