This fine matching number Trident was originally exported new to South Africa before being retuned and re registered here in the UK in 2006, the last owner acquiring the bike in 2009 when the recorded milage was 22,057. Since in his care the bike has been well maintained and in 2009 the engine received an unleaded conversion by P&M motorcycles. With all the MoT’s that date back to 2009 the bike has now covered 39,311 miles and is excellent running order. It’s general condition is very good, the only exception to the standard parts is the after market three into one exhaust which gives the bike a nice raspy note and a little more power.
Supplied with a dating cert from the TR03C Club, and various bills and invoices for maintenance both here and abroad it also has the current UK V5C stating the date of first registration as 1st June 1975. Fitted with a five speed gearbox and an electric starter that actually works this is good clean example that’s ready to go.
