This 1000cc Vincent V twin comprises of mainly series C Rapide parts and was restored by Vincent Owners Club member in 2009. The engine was rebuilt using new Bob Culver cases, with the mating number 2DA26 and given the engine number F10AB/5/1022 by the VOC. It bears the UFM number RC17574 which is recorded as being registered 17th May 1951, there is no RFM number showing. Having covered just 3,134 since the work was completed the bike remains in very good overall condition. Fitted with a BT-H magneto / 12 volt electrics the bike starts easily and runs great, the engine is solid and powerful. Overall this is a well presented, rideable bike in nice condition. It is supplied with a small history file with details of the rebuild work including some pictures, a few old MoT’s and the current V5C logbook which states five former keepers
