This is a genuine matching number RGS that was supplied new to dealer P. Smith of Bridgend Glamorgan on the 10th May 1963. The previous owner restored the bike over a two year period which included a full engine rebuild with a reground crank and re bore, the bike has covered less than a hundred miles since retuning to the road and therefore will need running in. Sitting on alloy wheels it is in very fine condition, the frame was re powder coated and the body work re painted. The overall effect is very nice, the bike has still has a period look, and runs and rides perfectly. This is not an over restored motorcycle, it is a very nice example that was rebuilt to ride.
It comes with a dating certificate from the BSA Gold Star club, the V5C log book and an MoT until Sept. 2014.
