Introduced in 2008 the XR1200 was Harley’s most credible ‘Flat Track’ Evo engined replica of the legendary XR750 and certainly the best Sportster since the excellent XLH1200S.
This new XR had a higher compression ratio engine, performance cams and fuel injection giving it a claimed 90 hp, the 1202cc engine was rubber mounted to a new re designed Sportster frame to reduce vibration and the Showa fully adjustable suspension and Nissin brakes meant it could handle and stop. In all this was a great package and guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
This fine example supplied by Harley main dealer Riders of Bridgewater has only covered 6,643 with a full service history. Fitted with a DanMoto exhaust ( the original is also with the bike ) it remains in great condition and also has a new set of Hepco Becker soft panniers and fitting the kit.
The bike will be supplied with a new MoT, history file with maintenance bills and all the factory handbooks.
