Described by the Velocette Club as a rare early example this matching numbers 350cc MAC was despatched from the factory to Copes of Wolverhampton on the 6th march 1963, registered as KUK 866 on the 17th March to a Mr J Martin 23 Worcester Rd Kidderminster who subsequently took delivery 21st March 1953. A buff logbook dated 1966 would suggest that the bike has had just five owners from new.Restored approx two years ago but only ridden for a few test miles the bike had just received a shakedown in our workshop and fitted with a new battery, fresh oils etc.
In very fine overall condition and good running order it is supplied with a detailed list of parts used in the restoration work as well as dating letter from the Velo Club. Showing 38 miles this is nice example – not over restored – that has a good genuine look to it.
